    Great stone

    I had a mishap with my first shipment of the stone. It arrived broken in 3 places. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement. They were great, had a great experience. The stone feels to be of great quality as well. Happy with my purchase.

    Great Customer Service!

    The item was a Christmas present that I paid extra shipping for, but it did not arrive on time, or at all due to no fault of Earth Harbor. They not only shipped me another one and credited the shipping charged, but included a nice handwritten note apologizing for the delay (which wasn't their fault)!

    Worth it

    I really do love this tool. I feel the difference and can see better color in my complexion. Probably from better blood flow. I do wish it was a better shape to contour to the face more like I’ve seen some others. But it’s still a great addition to your regimen.
