We guarantee our products for 60 days on all first-time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order of Earth Harbor, please email wholesale@earthharbor.com with your name and order number, and we’ll make it right. We offer store credit or an exchange for first-time wholesale orders. For first-time wholesale orders, we also offer a full refund, subject to a $3.50 per product restocking fee. Accessories (such as tools) are final sale.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the partner.

PRICING

• Wholesale Price: 50% off SRP (Suggested Retail Price).
• Volume Discounts:
  Orders of 50+ units of a single SKU or qualifying bulk purchases may be eligible for a volume discount. Please contact wholesale@earthharbor.com for details.
• No Order Minimums!
• Wholesale partners must place a minimum of 3 orders per year OR purchase $800 annually to remain active.
• Full Size Testers: Testers are available at a reduced price—email wholesale@earthharbor.com to request availability.

Pricing Changes: Earth Harbor reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

DIRECT ORDERING

If you are currently ordering from another wholesale platform and would like the benefits of direct orders (expedited lead times, additional perks), please reach out to wholesale@earthharbor.com to set up a wholesale account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Standard Payment Terms: Payment is due at checkout on earthharbor.com.
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Available through Afterpay, with no order minimum required.
• Net Terms: We do not offer net terms except on a case-by-case basis for established partners. Contact us at wholesale@earthharbor.com to inquire.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• USA Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $200+, excluding remote locations. Orders under $200 incur standard ground shipping charges.
• International Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $300+, excluding remote locations. Orders under $300 incur standard ground shipping charges.
• Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping is the default method unless an alternative shipping option is requested and paid for by the partner.
• Expedited Processing: Available for orders over $1,500—email us for details.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Where We Ship: Orders ship worldwide (except Spain) from Spanish Fork, Utah, USA
• Processing Time: Approximately 2-4 business days (dependent on order size and availability)
• Approximate Transit Time:
• West Coast: 3-5 business days
• Midwest: 5-7 business days
• East Coast: 7-10 business days
• Backorders & Pre-Orders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you. We do not ship partial orders unless requested (additional shipping charges apply).
• International Duties & Taxes: Partners are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT.
• International Wholesalers: Can order directly from us for more perks or through our EU distributor Naturelle Pro Beauty.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, email wholesale@earthharbor.com and fulfillment@earthharbor.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not guaranteed.

ACCOUNT & TERMS

• Accounts are reviewed bi-annually.
• Partners must place a minimum of 3 orders per year OR purchase $800 annually to remain active.
• Earth Harbor reserves the right to cancel wholesale accounts at any time.
• Payment terms may be adjusted with prior notice to the partner.
• Exclusivity is not offered.

❌ No Third-Party Reselling or Unauthorized Distribution

• Wholesale partners must sell through their own shops or websites.
• No reselling on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mercari, Etsy, etc.
• Wholesale partners may sell on their own branded websites but must not list products on third-party marketplaces.
• Unauthorized distribution will result in account termination.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

• MAP: 25% off SRP.
• MAP discounts can be applied for up to 7 days once every 30 days per item and/or for all Earth Harbor products a retailer carries.
• Testers and samples are for promotional use only and may not be advertised at a discount or resold.
• Exceptions require prior approval from Earth Harbor. Please email wholesale@earthharbor.com to request permission.
