I love the cleanser. Its very light, smooth and completely removes makeup. My only complaint is the product is way too thick for the pump. Ive had to transfer the cleanser to a pot so i can get it out with my fingers. The product shouldn’t be jn a pump.
This cleanser is silky smooth, smells great, and has been amazing for my dry, sensitive skin. It’s so rare to find a cleanser that doesn’t dry out my skin or leave it red and inflamed.
The pump is awful though - it sometimes doesn’t work (I think the product is too thick for it), and it also doesn't allow you to control how much product comes out. I just scoop it out with my fingers to avoid frustration and wasting product.

I loved this cleanser when it came in the jar. I was also excited to see that it now comes in a pump bottle, expecting it to be more convenient. However, when I tried to use it for the first time, nothing would come out. The cream is simply too thick to travel through the very tiny tube. This is a major design flaw that should have been caught before the new bottle was ever distributed. The neck of the bottle is so small, I wasn’t even able to scoop out enough to cleanse my face thoroughly. I am so disappointed, because these products are not cheap, and it doesn’t matter how good the product is if it’s not useable. The company needs to immediately redesign and send out new pumps/tubes to customers who bought this cleanser. I am also very confused about the new scent. Smells like it could be the eucalyptus, but I don’t remember it having a scent before and don’t know why they would add one.

While I do love the cleanser, I can't access the contents without scraping it out. The product is either too thick for the pump, or it needs a different style pump.

I should have listened to others: you can’t use the bottle to dispense the product!! I have never been able to get it to pump out, ever. I have to scrap it out each time which obviously won’t last for long. Amazing product but it’s pointless if you can’t get to it :(
