This product really shocked me. I typically avoid anything that feels oily, and so the first time I used this I tought it was not really suited for me as I have oily skin and sensory issues. Since then, I have used it when dealing with hormonal breakouts, and I am floored at how good this product actually is at reducing the inflammation. The change is immediate for me (I have washed my face to remove it in the morning only to end up immediately putting it back on because my skin is more calm with it) and it really helps with the swelling and redness. After realizing the product works so well and does not break me out I have been able to cope with the sensory aspect of using an oil product as well. This is the first oil product I have used for my oily skin that I enjoy. The smell is pretty neutral in my opinion, maybe a bit earthy. The only universal downside to this product in my opinion is the price- I wish more people could afford to try this.

I gave this a try and was super impressed! I have always struggled with combo skin. This really helps to even me out and tone down the oil in my tzone! It goes on slightly thick with a little bit of oily left over. I found if I keep tapping with my palms it leaves less residue. However the benefit is it's deeply hydrating and makes my face feel so clean and refreshed the next morning. Perfect for winter dryness.

I love a good detoxifying anything!! Obscura is silky smooth going on, feel silky on as well. I have used this now for 2 days and my skin just keeps getting better!!.

Things i have noticed:

In the morning my skin doesn't look at tired.

When I tone in the morning... there is literally nothing there!!

After washing my face feels smoother, softer, uplifted.

I could rave about this for days and the extra one I have at home I can't wait to gift is to a friend!
