Sorry to harp on the pump as well but it’s true. It doesn’t work and it’s very frustrating. I love your products and how it’s plastic free, plant based, smells great and women owned with reasonable pricing but if the product doesn’t come out of the bottle to be used, it’s a complete waste of money and energy. Really cheapens your brand. I do wish for your long term success so felt compelled to write this review. You might want to stop selling this cleanser in this current pump to cut your losses on losing customers.

The product is too thick to come out of thr pump or the pump is broken

I love the cleanser. Its very light, smooth and completely removes makeup. My only complaint is the product is way too thick for the pump. Ive had to transfer the cleanser to a pot so i can get it out with my fingers. The product shouldn’t be jn a pump.
The best product ever!! This is the only cleanser I can use on my face without irritating or causing rashes, itchiness, redness. Ive tried everything. La Mer. Shiseido. But this is what I come back to. Will keep purchasing as long as theyre selling it!
